(MARQUETTE COMMUNICATIONS) MILWAUKEE – Marquette University women’s volleyball student-athletes Aubrey Hamilton, Carsen Murray and Natalie Ring of the 2024 CSC Academic All-District® Division I Volleyball Team, it was announced on Tuesday by College Sports Communicators.
The honor recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. Both Hamilton and Murray were selected to advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.
Murray earns all-district distinction for the third time in as many years, while Ring makes her first appearance on an all-district team. Murray graduated with a 3.73 grade-point average last year with majors in marketing and innovation and entrepreneurship and finished her Master’s of Buainess Administration this fall. Hamilton is an education and psychology major with a 3.71 GPA, while Ring sports a perfect 4.0 grade point average as an English and education studies major with a minor in creative writing.

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot and only select individuals advanced to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced Jan. 14, 2024.
