(LEARFIELD) – The Bucks opened the NBA in-season tournament with a 99-85 win over the Toronto Raptors Tuesday night.
They were playing without injured guard Damian Lillard.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led the scoring with 23 points but the team has been a two-headed offense with him and Lillard so far.
This time five players were in double figures.
Bucks coach Doc Rivers said there was a lot of energy with the whole team.
Rivers said there was good ball movement in the win.
Milwaukee broke on top in the first period and led all the way.
One change the Bucks made with Lillard out with a concussion was put Ryan Rollins in the starting lineup at point guard.
Rollins talked about getting the start.
Rollins said that he wanted to come out and be aggressive. He was, too, scoring 12 points with 5 rebounds and 3 assists.
The Bucks host the Detroit Pistons Wednesday night with the pre-game starting at 6:30 on 1440 and 101.9 WNFL.
