(WNFL) – The Milwaukee Bucks got 75 points from Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo but still lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers 114-113 at Milwaukee on Saturday.
Lillard scored 41 points while Antetokounmpo had 34. Antetokounmpo also had 16 rebounds while Lillard had 9 assists.
Taurean Prince added 16 points while Bobby Portis had 10 points.
Cleveland was led by Donovan Mitchell with 30 points. Sam Merrill had 17 point while Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley had 15 and 14 points, respectively.
Mitchell’s jumper with .3 seconds left gave the Cavaliers the win as they improved to 7-0.
The Bucks are now 1-5.
Milwaukee led 38-30 after 1 quarter and 62-61 at halftime.
The Bucks who led by as much at 16 points shot 48 percent from the floor but made only 9-of-15 free throws.
Cleveland also shot 48 percent from the floor but made 11-of-15 free throws.
The Bucks and Cavaliers face off again on Monday. This time the teams will meet in Cleveland.
