GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Green Bay Public Market unveiled a series of new logos ahead of its ceremonial groundbreaking.
The primary logo features muted green and orange colors. Versions of the logo also include pelican, rooster, fox and pig characters. Additional characters are planned for the future.
“We are excited to share this brand with the community,” Mary Rhode, vice president of marketing & communications for On Broadway, Inc. and the Green Bay Public Market, said in a news release.
“Logos portray the essence of a brand and in this case, the physical space of the Green Bay Public Market. It further provides fun opportunities for consumers to interact with the Market, through purchasing merchandise and becoming brand ambassadors for us as they live their everyday lives. This logo launch continues the positive momentum of this catalytic project for the Broadway District, the community and beyond.”
A groundbreaking ceremony for the market, 211 N. Broadway, is set for 10 a.m. Oct. 22.
On Broadway, which owns and operates the market, hopes to open it in time for the NFL Draft in Green Bay in April.
