(WNFL/LEARFIELD) MADISON – The Wisconsin Badgers were a happy group after pounding hapless Purdue 52-6 on Saturday at Camp Randall Stadium.
Quarterback Braedyn Locke who threw for 356 yards said that it’s simply a matter of the team goes as the offensive line goes.
Badgers coach Luke Fickell talked on the importance of ending the 2-game slide.
He said that losing was tough on the team.
Defensive back Ricardo Hallman said it was best they’ve played all year.
Hallman added that this one feels good.
Next up for the Badgers is trip to New Jersey to play Rutgers this weekend. The game has an 11 a.m. kickoff.
