CENTER, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Police say a 16-year-old girl suffered severe injuries after a crash.
It happened at the intersection of CTY Trunk O and Mayflower Rd. Monday night.
Police say an SUV driven by the girl was traveling east on CTY Trunk O.
The SUV tried to make a northbound turn onto Mayflower Rd. when it failed to yield the right of way.
That’s when police say the SUV was hit by an 81-year-old man driving westbound.
The 16-year-old girl was taken to the hospital. The 81-year-old man suffered minor injuries.
Police believe alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
