GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Tatiana Quinones pleaded not guilty Monday to selling fentanyl pills at an east-side day care center.
No trial date was set. She returns to court Nov. 11 for a status conference.
Quinones, 21, faces four counts, including fentanyl delivery at a youth center for the Jan. 3 sale to an undercover informant.
Quinones worked at Green Bay Academy, located at 2280 Finger Road. The state Department of Children and Families revoked the center’s license, citing several violations, including staff-to-child rations, group sized, mixed-age groups, and Quinones’ actions.
According to the criminal complaint, an undercover informant arranged the purchase of 50 fentanyl pills for $350. Quinones allegedly met the informant in the parking lot Jan. 3 and completed the drug deal. Quinones was arrested the next day.
