(LEARFIELD) – The Wisconsin Badgers continue getting ready today for their season-opener on Friday against Western Michigan.
Badgers coach Luke Fickell said that 1 thing his team didn’t do last year was adjust in in-game situations.
Fickell added that the unknown of Week One forces a team to concentrate on themselves.
He added that you don’t really know what you have until you play in a game.
Fickell said that Week One is unique because you don’t have exhibitions and joint practices like the NFL does.
The Badgers’ lone loss to Western Michigan came back during the Don Morton era when Wisconsin lost to Western Michigan at Camp Randall Stadium 24-14 in 1988.
