Oshkosh Arena PC: Fox 11 Online
OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Oshkosh Arena is now caught up on property taxes.
According to the city’s website, Bayland Buildings — the company that built the arena — paid the more than $644,000 in back taxes.
The city manager says the payment makes Oshkosh Arena eligible for a tax increment financing incentive and a liquor license.
A court-appointed receiver for the arena said he’s made a handshake agreement with the Wisconsin Herd to remain at the arena long-term.
