GRAND CHUTE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — National Night Out is a chance to build relationships between neighbors and law enforcement.
It’s the first Tuesday in August each year.
Law enforcement agencies nationwide participate.
That includes the Grand Chute Police Department.
Its event is tonight from 4 – 7 p.m. at Lion’s Park in Grand Chute.
Activities include:

- The Academy Martial Arts Leadership Demonstration
- Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Demonstration
- ThedaStar Medical Helicopter
- Food for Purchase
- Face Painting
- Balloon Twisters
- Dozens of Vendors
- Bicycle Giveaway
- Kids Games & Prizes
Attendees who bring a jar of new, unopened peanut butter will receive an extra raffle ticket for a bicycle. The donations will benefit the St. Joseph Food Program’s ‘Arresting Hunger Food Drive’.
