GREENVILLE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A new roundabout is set to open in Greenville.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says the roundabout at Highway 76 and School Road should be open by Saturday morning.
The $2.6 million construction project began in April. The roundabout replaces a two-way intersection controlled by a stop sign.
Other work included a new turn lane on the north leg of the roundabout, new pavement, lighting, culvert and storm sewer replacement, curb and gutter, signing and pavement marking, and work on the School Road sidewalk to the east of 76.
