FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody nearly two months after a fire was set inside the Fond du Lac High School concession stand restroom.
On June 5, crews responded to a fire in the concession stand restroom at 801 Campus Drive.
The building sustained significant damage.
Over the past few months, investigators processed evidence, conducted interviews and reviewed video surveillance and were able to identify a person of interest.
The suspect is being held at the Fond du Lac County Secure Detention Center on recommended charges of first degree recklessly endangering safety, felony criminal damage to property and arson.
