GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Green Bay Area Public School District is considering a referendum.
At the July 8 Board Work Session, district administration will present a potential list of facility projects for the Board of Education to consider for a November 2024 referendum.
On July 9 and 11, the district will make a short presentation on the referendum projects and hold roundtable discussions to obtain input on the project list.
The presentations are set for:
Tuesday, July 9
- 12:15 p.m. & 6 p.m.
- Neville Public Museum – conference rooms, 210 Museum Pl, Green Bay
Thursday, July 11
- 6 p.m.
- MacArthur Elementary School, 1331 Hobart Drive
Individuals interested in a tour of the facility should arrive at 5:30 p.m.
The district will be using an Instant Language Assistant (ILA) which translates languages either to text and/or voice depending on the language. Members of the public needing translation are asked to bring a device (smartphone or tablet) and headphones. The district will have a limited supply of headphones available.
