Milwaukee cruised to a 7-1 victory over Chicago at American Family Field.
Turang’s sixth homer of the season was Milwaukee’s fifth grand slam in the past eight games.
Brewers manager Pat Murphy joked about his team finding the recipe on how to hit grand slams consistently.
Murphy added that his hitters are taking advantage of opposing pitches to produce multi-run plays.
Christian Yelich also went deep on a two-run blast in the fourth.
Freddy Peralta earned the win after striking out eight and allowing one run through seven frames.
Murphy talked about how starting pitcher Freddy Peralta rebounded from giving up a leadoff homer to start the game.
The Brewers have won six of seven and sit atop the NL Central at 50-and-34.
Nico Hoerner homered for Chicago in the setback.
Kyle Hendricks was charged with the loss after letting up seven runs.
The Cubs have lost two of three and sit at the bottom of the division at 39-and-46.
