Zachary A. Zastawniak (Oconto Co. Jail)
GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Peshtigo man pleaded guilty Friday to a federal child exploitation charge.
Sentencing for Zachary Zastawniak, 24, is scheduled for Sept. 20.
According to the indictment, Zastawniak got one minor to send him a sexually explicit photo, and tried to get a different victim to do the same thing.
Zastawniak also faces 26 charges in state court, including child enticement, soliciting a child for prostitution, and sexual assault. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for June 14 in that case.
