OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A slow-no-wake order has been issued for the portion of the Wolf River that runs through Outagamie County.
Recent rains have swelled waterways in Northeast Wisconsin, leading to the order. It affects boaters operating within 500 feet of any permanent building.
The order is based on the river being listed at the “Action” stage at the Shiocton location of the National Weather Service Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service.
Once the river drops below the “Action” stage, the order will be lifted.
