The suspect exited at County Highway L and turn northbound where the suspect almost struck another motorist. The suspect went through a second roundabout and went the wrong way on the off ramp to STH 16 westbound to County Highway L.
At that point, the suspect exited his vehicle and fled on foot. He was quickly captured and identified as Jordan K. Feemster, 31, of De Pere.

A probation and parole hold was placed on Feemster and he received multiple traffic citations.
In a news release, Sheriff Dale Schmidt wrote:
… law enforcement agencies in Dodge County have committed to holding those who flee from law enforcement officers accountable. Those who are complaint and stop for law enforcement may still end up with consequences, but those who flee will certainly also face additional FELONY charges. The vast majority of those who flee do end up being arrested and their attempts to flee usually fail. We arrest these individuals as swiftly as possible not only to hold them accountable to the law, but also as a deterrent to others. Rest assured if someone flees in Dodge County they will be arrested and held legally accountable.
