FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A teen involved in a retaliatory shooting for a Fond du Lac murder was convicted and placed on probation for four years.
Adamite Willey, 17, pleaded no contest to being party for first-degree recklessly endangering safety for the May 23 incident. Sentencing was held Tuesday, court records show.
Lamarion Moore, 20, is charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide and other charges for allegedly firing shots at a vehicle he and Willey believed was involved in a May 7 homicide at the Maplewood Commons apartments. He returns to court May 3 for a status conference. No trial date has been set.
Tatyanna Zech was killed in the original incident.
Parise Larry and Antonio Johnston are charged with Zech’s murder.
They have a scheduling conference May 6.
