TOWN OF WINCHESTER, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A vehicle runoff in Winnebago County led to the arrest of a man for operating under the influence, 4th offense.
Just after 10 p.m. Tuesday, a Wisconsin State Trooper responded to Highway 45 and II in the town of Winchester for a vehicle runoff.
According to officials, the trooper observed the driver displaying signs of impairment and conducted field sobriety tests.
Derek Carley, 35, of Marion, was subsequently arrested for his 4th OWI offense. After a blood draw, Carley was taken to the Winnebago County Jail.
