CECIL, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — An Appleton man was arrested, suspected of his fifth OWI offense in Shawano County.
Just after 8 a.m. Tuesday, Wisconsin State Troopers and Shawano County deputies responded to a crash on Lodge Road in Cecil.
The odor of intoxicants was observed, officials say, and the 36-year-old driver was subsequently arrested for OWI, fifth offense.
