GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Three families were displaced and multiple pets were rescued in a Green Bay apartment fire.
Crews responded to a three-unit apartment building at 1284 Elm Street around 2:15 a.m. Friday.
When crews arrived, fire and smoke was seen coming from the building.
The fire was brought under control within 20 minutes. The cause of the fire is under investigation. It caused about $50,000 worth of damage.
The American Red Cross is assisting the 11 people were are displaced.
