GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A federal grand jury returned an indictment Tuesday charging a Green Bay man with two counts of distributing child pornography.
Bryan S. Peterson, 45, faces a sentence of up to 20 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000 if convicted of either count. Peterson would also be required to register as a sex offender.
U.S. Department of Homeland Security offices in Milwaukee and Monterey, California investigated this case.
