SEYMOUR, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Seymour man was arrested on March 6th for attempted homicide.
According to a press release, the Seymour Police department responded to a report of a disturbance on the 100 block of South Main Street, where they detained 34-year-old Jeffrey Proski.
Upon entering the residence, officers located an occupant who had suffered serious injuries and requested rescue. The victim was transported to a hospital.
Proski was then taken into custody and was charged at the Outagamie County Jail.
His charges include Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, Aggravated Battery-Intend Great Bodily Harm, Strangulation and Suffocation, False imprisonment, and Throw or Discharge a Bodily Fluid at Public Safety Worker.
Seymour Police will not be releasing any more information on the incident.
