DALLAS, TX (WTAQ-WLUK) — Packers fans heading to Dallas for the wildcard round of the playoffs will find a home away from home at Blackfriar Pub. That’s where the group Dallas Packers Fans will hold a watch party on Sunday beginning at 1 p.m.
Founding member Annie Oemichen says there’s fun awaiting Packers Fans in Texas.
“We will have brats, cheese curds (even have some LOADED specials), Jello shots, giveaways and we’ll have a DJ at Blackfriar starting at 1,” says Oemichen. New this season, they launched a loaded Bloody Mary (Wisconsin style) for $40.
Oemichen says Dallas Packers Fans is the fastest growing fan club in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, starting with 20 fans in 2019 to more than 700 today, and was established at Blackfriar Pub in downtown Dallas in 2020.
She also says the bar was recognized in 2022 by DallasSites101 as THE Packer Bar of Dallas/Fort Worth.
Blackfriar Pub is located at 2621 McKinney Avenue in Dallas.
