OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) — Oshkosh’s GO Transit is conducting a survey for its paratransit riders.
GO Transit wants to hear from paratransit riders to guide the creation of it’s new Transit Development Plan.
“We want to know things like, ‘How often do you use it [paratransit services]? How do you feel about it? Is there any changes you would like?'” said Steve Tomasik, Transit Operations Manager. “If you hate the system and you don’t like it, we want to know about it because we want to make this better.”
Information acquired through the survey will be used to provided recommendations for GO Transit services for the next five years.
“The results of the survey go to a committee that evaluates all the answers,” said Tomasik. “We have a consultant and a core group of people to discuss ways that we can be better and better serve the community.”
The survey is open now through the end of the month.
