MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) – The Manitowoc Police Department released some information on the Friday night/Saturday morning situation that involved police from multiple agencies, and Brown-Outagamie County Bomb Squad, and limited public access for an entire neighborhood..
Police say the issue involved a woman and her ex-boyfriend.
The woman was at the police department when she received a call stating the woman’s ex-boyfriend may have thrown some sort of flammable/explosive device in front of her residence on the south side of Manitowoc.
Police are asking citizens to avoid the area.
Police eventually opened the area and allowed travel and people to return to their homes.
