GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) is looking to make air travel as fun and festive as possible with a series of entertaining performances at the airport over this holiday season.
GRB is looking for volunteer singers, choirs, musicians, bands, dancers, etc. to submit a request to perform at GRB. Entertainers will be featured in the Grand Lobby of GRB, November 28 through December 21.
“This is a great opportunity for individuals and groups to have their talents seen or heard while bringing smiles to the faces of travelers,” stated Marty Piette, A.A.E., Airport Director. “We welcome all ages and forms of entertainment to bring some holiday flavor to GRB.”
Performances will take place in the Grand Lobby on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Time slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis. To reserve your date(s), please visit GRB’s online scheduling tool. Electricity and audio speakers are available free of charge, as well as free parking for performers.
“We’ll publicize the performance schedule via our social media platforms and encourage everyone to come out to support these local groups, artists and organizations,” added Piette.
If you have any questions about the schedule or needs for your performance, please contact Airport Administration at 920-498-4800, option 5.
