Appleton Staffing Company Cadre to Close, Leaving Over 200 Employees Unemployed

APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Cadre, an employment and staffing company, will close, putting 28 permanent and 195 temporary employees out of work.

The company, also known as Premiere Staffing, Inc., is closing effective Dec. 23, according to a notice filed with the state Tuesday.

“Cadre truly regrets that this action is necessary. We deeply appreciate the loyalty of our employees, both internal and external. Thank you for your years of dedicated service at Cadre,” stated Lisa Kurtzweil, CEO, in the notice to the state.

Cadre’s business office was in Appleton, with other locations in Green Bay, Oshkosh, and Madison, according to its stationary.
