OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — 33-year-old Brian Esser is back in custody after escaping from the Drug Abuse Correctional Center.
Esser went missing just before 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
He was found just before 1:30 a.m. near the intersection of HWY 76 and HWY 41.
