GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — One of the suspects in a west-side murder pleaded not guilty Friday.
Jacob Ventura, 36, is charged with being party to the crime of first-degree intentional homicide for the April 30, 2022, shooting death of Randall Denny at Perkins and Western avenues.
No trial date was set. He returns to court July 28 for a status conference, court records show.
Two others are also charged in the case. Gustavo Cantu has a status conference May 23. Alejandro Cantu has a status conference June 26. Both also face intentional homicide charges.
