GREEN BAY, WI WTAQ) – The Green Bay Police Department recovered a car containing a person from the Fox River on Saturday.
Police received a call around 7 p.m. after witnesses reported a black car going underwater with at least one person still inside, following a crash on the Ray Nitschke Memorial Bridge in downtown Green Bay.
The car with the person inside was pulled from the river about four hours later.
