APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) — The Appleton Police Department’s Neighborhood Watch Captain’s meeting is coming up on Monday.
Although this meeting is not open to the general public, Lieutenant Meghan Cash with the Appleton Police Department is encouraging residents to get involved in Neighborhood Watch.
“It’s not a group of people out there searching for crime,” said Cash. “It’s the ability of looking out for your neighbor, looking out for something that may be happening in your neighborhood that you find concerning.”
Cash says a big aspect of their Monday meeting will be discussing how to grow the program.
