GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – One of the suspects in a Green Bay murder pleaded not guilty Friday.
No trial date was set for Omar Hernandez, 24, on three charges, including first-degree intentional homicide for the Feb. 11 murder of Edgar Rodriguez-Hernandez. A status conference is scheduled for July 14, court records show.
Hernandez and his brother, Jose Hernandez, 23, both face charges for the incident on Clayton Place. Jose Hernandez returns to court Monday for a motion hearing, with a May 30 trial planned.
According to the criminal complaints, the shooting was the continuation of a fight which happened at a bar a few hours earlier.
