OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A fundraising event planned in Oshkosh aims to boost mental health services for local veterans.
Operation Cabin Fever III is Saturday, March 25 at the Oshkosh Convention Center.
Doors open at 5 p.m.
Social hour begins at 5:30 p.m. followed by a program at 6:45 p.m.
There will be featured speakers, Hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, silent auction and 50/50 raffle.
Cost is $20/person or $15 with the donation of a new personal care item.
Saturday also marks National Medal of Honor day. It’s meant to honor and recognize those who’ve been bestowed this prestigious honor.
One of those recipients is retired Lieutenant Colonel Hal Fritz.
He is one of the featured speakers at Operation Cabin Fever III.
