FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Fond du Lac police are investigating after a garage and vehicle were struck by bullets over the weekend.
Around 11:16 p.m. Friday, officers were called to the area of W. Follett Street and Doty Street for a report of possible gunshots coming from the area.
Officers searched the area and were unable to locate any potential witnesses. There also was no reported injuries or property damage at the time.
The next morning, around 10:30 a.m., police were called to the 200 block of Doty Street for a report of a detached garage and a vehicle with bullet holes.
Investigators canvassed the area and found handgun casings in the 0-100 block of W. Follett Street along with evidence of property damage in the 200 block of Doty Street.
Currently, there remains no reported injuries from this incident.
