GRAND CHUTE, WI (WTAQ) – On Friday, police released photos of damage to the Fox Cities Champion Center construction site.
The damage was originally discovered on Wednesday and officers say that they received reports of the damage at around 5:30 a.m.
Preliminary estimates of damage are not official and police say that the dollar amount of damage has not yet been estimated.
The ground was broken for the 164,000-square-foot indoor sports complex at 2200 N. McCarthy Road in September.
Police in both Appleton and Little Chute are currently investigating reports of damage to other construction sites that are believed to have been done the same night.
