SHEBOYGAN, WI (WTAQ) – Sheboygan Police are investigating a case of possible child abuse.
A two-year-old girl was taken to the hospital on Friday for life-threatening injuries and later flown to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin where she remains in the intensive care unit.
The girl was in the care of her mother’s 25-year-old boyfriend, who on Monday was referred for charges of physical abuse of a child and possession of marijuana.
The investigation is being assisted by social services.
