OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – An Oshkosh man was sentenced on Thursday after stabbing two people outside a bar last summer.
35-year-old Jesse McComb was sentenced to 20 years in prison and was placed on another 8 years of extended supervision.
McComb became upset with another man, Mark Haima, outside a bar after unsuccessfully trying to buy a cigarette from him, according to the criminal complaint.
McComb then stabbed Haima and another individual, Michelle Gebauer.
A bar patron came to the aid of the victims, punching McComb and knocking him out.
Haima was stabbed twice in the abdomen and once on the arm, while Gebauer was stabbed twice in the abdomen, according to the complaint.
