MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) – More charges were filed on Wednesday against a Manitowoc cheer coach that’s accused of sexting a teen and trying to set up a meeting for sex.
29-year-old Eric Fisher is facing four additional charges and now a total of fifteen counts.
Court records show the additional charges include two counts of soliciting an intimate representation of a minor, plus a count of exposing a child to harmful material, and one of attempting to expose a child to harmful material.
Court records show that Fisher’s preliminary hearing is being postponed from Wednesday to next week.
A juvenile student told a school resource officer in mid-February that Fisher, her previous cheer and dance coach, had sent her inappropriate messages on social media.
Following that, an investigation began.
Fisher is employed at Galaxy All-Star Cheerleading in Manitowoc, which is located at 1107 Franklin Street.
