A Green Alert has been issued for a Green Bay man.
38-year-old Yuri Burrows is missing and is considered a veteran at risk.
Authorities said he was last seen visiting a tavern in Howard late Monday, March 18 and police and his family are concerned for his welfare.
Burrows drives a gray 2010 Toyota 4-Runner with Wisconsin military license plates – EWARFR.
