GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Green Bay’s new Mayor will be sworn in and will start his new job on Tuesday.
Eric Genrich has used the last couple of weeks to transition into his new role, which will officially begin when he takes his public oath of office.
Genrich is Green Bay’s first new Mayor in 16 years.
Green Bay’s first new mayor in 16 years is set to officially start his job on Tuesday.
He will be inaugurated in a joint ceremony with Brown County Executive Troy Streckenbach, who was re-elected on April 2, easily defeating Mark Berndt.
The swearing-in ceremony is set for 4:30 p.m. in room 360 of the Brown County Courthouse.
It is open to the public.
