ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Jerseys and the Mascot for Green Bay’s newest baseball team were unveiled at the Brown County Public Library in Ashwaubenon.
The Mascot for the team is a chicken and was introduced at Rocky Bal-Booyah
The Booyah’s home jersey will be all white with the team name in blue. The away jersey is gray with plaid sleeves and the alternate jersey is plaid.
“You kind of figured they were gonna go with a chicken with it being Booyah but to make it look that nice and that friendly, kids are enjoying it already. I think it’s going to be a great addition to Green Bay and Ashwaubenon,” said Ted Sarosiek.
The team’s first home game is Saturday, June 1.
