ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A new addition to the Titletown District is one step closer to reality.
The Ashwaubenon Site Plan Review Committee gave preliminary approval to a five-story office building in the Titletown District.
The proposed building would be built on the far western edge of the development. Original plans called for a four-story building but it has since been expanded to include a fifth floor. There will also be a rooftop patio.
Mary Kardoskee, Ashwaubenon Village President, tells FOX 11 she’s excited to move this project ahead.
“It’s absolutely beautiful. It just adds a whole new level of office space to the Village of Ashwaubenon and the Green Bay area.”
The plan still needs to be approved by the full village board and by Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport because of the proposed height.
