SHAWANO, WI (WTAQ) – A Shawano woman who is accused of handing out marijuana-infused cookies at a St. Patrick’s Day parade appeared in court Monday and pleaded not guilty.
Fifty-seven-year-old Cathleen Krause faces five total charges, including, possession of THC and manufacturing/delivering THC.
On Monday at the Shawano County Courthouse, Krause’s attorney waived her right to a preliminary hearing.
Krause has declined comment on her case and she is expected back in court on August 6, 2019, for a pretrial conference.
