DE PERE, WI (WTAQ) – A relief fund is set up to help those affected by a fire that destroyed a historic De Pere building.
A fire turned a more than 100-year-old building on S. Broadway into rubble Wednesday.
The building housed businesses on the lower level and apartments on the second level.
The fire displaced more than 20 residents and destroyed Ogan Restaurant, Turba-Schroeder Photography, and XO Fitness.
The De Pere Fire Relief Fund is established through Nicolet National Bank.
All donations given to this fund will be used to provide financial assistance to business owners and residents who sustained losses from the fire.
Monetary donations can be dropped off at any Nicolet National Bank location, with checks made out to the De Pere Fire Relief Fund. You can also mail checks to Definitely De Pere, 131 N. Broadway, Suite D, 54115.
Donations will be accepted through May 24th.
