OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Christmas may be over, but there is still a need for people struggling this holiday season.
Father Carr’s Place 2B in Oshkosh offers temporary housing for men, women and children; as well as a free clinic. Executive Director, Jim Boehm, says that in 2023 they are looking to make improvements to the St. Francis Community Free Walk-in Clinic.
“Our hours of operation are a little sporadic and not quite what we want it to be,” said Boehm. “Our focus will be to get the clinic open 5 days a week, for 30 hours a week.”
Father Carr’s will need to raise $30 thousand to upgrade their clinic.
