SHEBOYGAN, WI (WTAQ) – Three people have been arrested in connection to a heroin overdose death in Sheboygan.
The arrests stem from an incident last week in which a 28-year-old man was found unconscious at the Mead Public Library.
A 28-year-old woman and 28-year-old man later spoke with officers and said they purchased heroin from a residence in the 800 block of Bluff Ave. in Sheboygan before giving it to the victim.
A 36-year-old man was arrested after police served a search warrant at the home and seized heroin, marijuana, and cash.
Police found heroin, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, prescription drugs, and firearms after searching the residence of the 28-year-old man in the 1500 block of Blocki Ct.
Both the man and woman were taken into custody.
