GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Bay Beach Amusement Park could be growing in size pending a possible purchase.
The City of Green Bay is considering buying the property at 1705 East Shore Circle, which is the house at the east end of the train route and next to where the train’s ‘return loop’ is located.
The property is .768 acres, and with the home, has a fair market value of $267,300, according to Brown County tax records.
In 2018, property taxes for the parcel were $5,827.50
A proposed purchase price is not included on the agenda.
The proposal will be reviewed by the Green Bay City Council’s Parks Committee at its meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in room 310 of City Hall.
