OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – A former judge was in court for an initial appearance after violating a restraining order.
Former Fox Crossing Judge Len Kachinsky is said to have had interactions with the village’s court clerk.
He was acquitted of a felony stalking charge and is facing disciplinary action by the Supreme Court.
He is facing three misdemeanor charges for the violations that took place July 2, April 3 and April 9.
He will return to court in June.
