APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – An Appleton man has been sentenced for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl in Outagamie County.
Prosecutors say the victim of 32-year-old Ronald L. Kupsky came forward last year to say that he assaulted her in 2012 when she was 11 years old.
She says that she knew Kupsky and that he touched her inappropriately on several occasions.
On Friday, Kupsky was sentenced to 20 years in prison, followed by 20 years of extended supervision.
That sentence runs consecutively to another 20-year sentence he received in Door County in 2016 for sexually assaulting a different girl.
